Agreement
By booking a class, RSVPing for a community session, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or attend a class.
Bookings & payments
Private sessions are paid in advance through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may change. Once a session is booked, your time slot is reserved for you.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less notice may not be refunded, though we'll do our best to accommodate emergencies.
Free community class
RSVPs are encouraged but not required. All participants must read and accept the liability waiver before joining. Classes may be canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances — check the site or your email for updates.
Assumption of risk
Yoga involves physical movement and carries inherent risks. By participating, you confirm you are physically able and assume responsibility for your own well-being. Tell the instructor about any condition, injury, or pregnancy before class. Nothing offered is medical advice.
Conduct
We hold a respectful, inclusive space. Disruptive, harassing, or unsafe behavior may result in being asked to leave without refund.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, images, sequences, and branding — belongs to Geo Yoga. You may share links, but please don't copy or repost content without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Geo Yoga is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in classes, except in cases of gross negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
